Spa Central started in 1994 as a simple equipment broker for European manufacturers looking to market their spa equipment into the United States. Because we focused on our customers needs above all else, the growing spa market allowed us to grow into a full service distributor catering to top spas.

  • By going on-site to set-up and install the equipment that we provide to our corporate clients. We also prepare a complete spec book for the Spa Director which lists all the equipment in the spa, the warranty information and what to do if service or repair is required.
  • By offering our clients up to the minute status reports on their equipment orders 24 hours per day. It's simple and easy to use.
  • With excellent customer service efforts when something goes wrong. Our clients can report a problem in exact detail 24 hours a day. We dispatch a solution within hours.
